1. Refund conditions: We allow customers to apply for a refund for the received product within 30 days of purchase. We only accept refund requests in the following cases:

1-The products in our store have quality problems,
2- We sent you the wrong product,
3- The goods are damaged or lost during transportation,
4- Your order cancellation etc. before we ship it for you.

2. Refund processing: Once the refund application is verified and we receive your returned goods, we will handle the refund procedures for you as soon as possible. The refund amount will be returned to the account you paid for the purchase within 2-3 days.

3. We may not be able to accept refunds under the following circumstances:

1- Exceeding the refund period,
2-Refund application caused by non-quality problems of goods,
3- Goods beyond the scope of refund,
4- Items marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
